DSTA at Mentor appreciation! and Enroute to INK BAR

Dear all,

Yepp..here is the DSTA mentors appreciation dinner and scholars' feedback session that we suppose is held annually every year at DSTA building! My second time here already, and the first time i had already made the mistake of bringing a lady companion to this event! haha..what a joke..haha..yepps..Daph? this is the one you missed..and you can tell you din miss much la..haha..basically it's a session for those in NS to find out more about how to go about applying for stuffs, and for us scholars to gather and meet up and talk and fellowship and have a blast making fun at Marcie [our dear HR personnel trying to entertain us for 1 hr..] haha..

Yepp..but realise that time is really passing very very fast..next sunday already dear Manz is leaving, with Chengkiang and some1 else on the same flight [sorry..really cannot remember..not my flight marr..haha..] and Huimin leaving 2hrs earlier at 0930 same day. Lawrence is also leaving soon, and Ying Hui is leaving on the 19th..and lonely me on the 0645, 24th august flight leaving for Detriot Metro airport..gonna be real lonely soon..juz me and wenjie and darren and Daniel and my new guitar [wifie! haha] and God..

Oh..the photo..haha..not really because i wanted to feature the girls of DSTA, but since i only got this nice and focused photo [that mysteriously turned out blue..] yepp..these are the ladies of DSTA outgoing scholars. [only Huimin is missing..sorry! the other photo turned out BAAAD] yepp..too bad i only know ppl like Ying Hui and Manling and Xiufang better..din really have the chance to get to know the rest of them, but i trust that you ladies are all very interesting and nice people once i get to know you! haha..heez..and all the girls looking pretty in this pic..heez..kinda surprised to see Manz in contacts too..haha..and me was staring at my last pair of daily disposable lenses and saying 'wad the heck' and went ahead to use it just hrs before the session..haha..total coincidence manz..haha..yepp..xiao Mei! you looked stunning! haha..you should wear contacts more often there! then wow all the guys there! haha..Look out Illinois!
